Collars come off for the bath and go back on after the dryer. Bring your dog when you collect and we’ll check the fit at the counter: two fingers should slide underneath.

Waxed cotton over a nylon core. It sheds rain, softens with wear and doesn’t hold on to wet-dog smell the way leather does.
Order by 3pm and it’s on the counter the same day. Nothing to pay now: card or cash when you collect. How pickup works
Wipe clean. If it starts to look thirsty after a year or so, rub in a little fabric wax.
