What a groom costs
Pick your pup’s size. Every visit includes nails, ears and a text when they’re ready.
Dematting is $15 per 15 minutes, up to 30. Past that, we clip short and let the coat grow back.
Every pet gets a card
Since 2014 we’ve kept a groom card for every dog and cat that comes through the door. You tell us once, and every groomer knows.

A full groom, start to finish

Hand-over
Five minutes at the counter. We check coat, skin, ears and nails, and write your notes on their card.

Bath
Two washes with a shampoo picked for the coat, then conditioner and an ear clean.

Hand dry
Towel, then a quiet high-velocity dryer held by a person. Never a heated cage dryer.

Cut & finish
Scissor and clipper work on one table, one pet at a time. Nails ground smooth.

A photo and a pick-up time. Anything we noticed, like a lump or a sore ear, goes in the message too.

Our house rules
Hand-dried, never caged
Heat in a closed box is how dogs get hurt at groomers. Every pet here is dried by a person holding the dryer.
No sedation, ever
If a pet is too stressed to groom, we stop, call you and book shorter visits instead.
Double coats stay on
Huskies, goldens and shepherds get a deshed. We only clip them when a vet asks us to.
Never alone on the table
Nobody stands on a grooming table without a groomer’s hands on them. Not for a second.
Seniors set the pace
Older dogs get a mat to stand on, breaks between steps and extra time at no charge.
Signed by every groomer on the team
Taped to the wall above the tubs since the day we opened. New groomers read it on day one and sign the bottom.
Rinse them yourself
Back from the river with more mud than dog? Grab a tub by the side door on Tenino and leave the mess with us.
